Outsourcing is the act of one company contracting with another company to provide services which otherwise may be completed by in-house Employees. This jobs are outsourced because of some advantages. The company can do the work itself but in order to reduce cost and time the large companies outsource their work world-wide with the help of internet. As a result people sitting at home who have knowledge about these work, can do it and as a result he can earn money sitting at home. Now a days outsourcing plays an important role in the economy of many countries.
